Though I was hired as a UI Developer at Colabranet, I spent a considerable amount of time creating visuals for the marketing department. I created the Colabranet logo as part of a company wide identity redesign in the Spring of 2001.

SmartSwing Logo
The SmartSwing logo went through several incarnations. While I'm not a big fan of swoosh shapes in general, this logo worked very well across SmartSwing's wide variety of printed and animated media.

I included Natalie's paper system in my portfolio to show that a company's look & feel doesn't always have to center around a logo or other high-impact graphical elements.
Natalie wanted an elegant, type based design. Her paper system focused on texture, type treatment, symmetrical and asymmetrical balance, and a simple line.
